Bump City specializes in gluten-free and vegan cookies. All of our baked goods are made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen.

Bump City Bakery was founded by Emily Floyd, a fish biologist with a passion for baking. Emily developed a love of baking, and a serious sweet tooth, making pies and cakes with her grandma in Kansas. With her science background, she uses her kitchen like a lab to concoct vegan and gluten-free goodies that you would never suspect are vegan and gluten free.
